    • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

    Returns

    • We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    • To start a return, please contact us at hatdockhq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
    • Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your HatDock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

    Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    Items showing signs of use, installation, or wear

    Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or vehicle surface conditions

    Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
